a0 It cuts easily thgrouh a large privet hedge, (100 ft by 8 ft high). It is on the heavy side, but this is more than offset by the ease of cutting thgrouh a dense high hedge. It's a dream to use after having struggled with hedge trimmers smaller that could not cope with the size of the branches.
