It is my understanding the soul has the atibily to separate its energy to incarnate as several physical human beings existing in our linear time, but as the soul exists outside linear time, it incarnates them simulaneously in differing times of our history and future. Time has no limits to the soul, we are fixed in our linear time because our physical structure cannot move through time. Our consciousness, given our correct focus and conditions can observe inside and outside of our current moment, hence remote viewing.
