Can't lose weight? Eating hetlhay + exercising but no result?So the following is by diet, I may have any ONE of the meals (1., 2. 3.) for each type of meal, not all lol.Breakfast:1. Cereal with about 1/2cup of milk(lucky charms, corn pops, cinnamon toast crunch)2. Fruit Salad (1 banana sliced, 2 kiwis, 1 green apple)3. 2-3 eggs, scrambled + 1 medium grapefruitLunch:1. Grilled chicken sandwich2. Chicken caesar salad (yes w/croutons)3. Grilled chicken panini sandwich4. A Subway sandwichSnack (btwn lunch + dinner):Fruit -> Either: 1. a banana or two 2. 2 kiwis 3. some mandarines/tangerines 4. grapesDinner:1. Chicken marsala + veggies2. Steak (fat cut) + veggies3. Salmon + veggies4. Turkey + veggiesI take flaxseed oil caplets with 1-2 meals every single dayI exercise on the treadmill for 1 hour 5-7 days a weekI've lost about 18 lbs so far, but can't seem to be droppingany more weight. I'm 6 1 and was 236 lbs, now I'm 218lbs, tryingto eventually get to 180lbs.*Note*: When I cook chicken or steak, I use mazola oil.Perhaps the cooking oil has a lot of fat and is making it harderfor me to lose weight?Perhaps something else? Not sure. I'm at a weight plateau now and I don't know what to do!! HelpTO Sai2301 :I don't do any weights, I just do cardio 1 hr treadmill 5-7 x a week.I know doing some weights is supposed to increase your muscle and thus burn more fat. But I've done solely cardio before and lost 70 lbs before (250 lbs drop to 180)I drink 6-8 glasses of water a day also**WHAT I DRINK**:- Fruit juices (OJ, sunny D, fruitopia juice drinks, basically any of the fruit juice cartons you find in grocery store)- 1 or 2 latte's a week- diet pepsi/coke zero a few times a week- lots of water
